Application Information

The Penn State President’s Postdoctoral Fellowship Program (PPFP) application is available online. The application, which is hosted on the University of California’s PPFP website, may be used to apply for a postdoctoral fellowship in one or more of the available programs.

Application Notes

  • Applicants and those uploading letters of recommendation should use a UC-approved browser such as IE whenever possible. Some individuals have experienced difficulties uploading letters of recommendation using other browsers.
  • The University of California (UC) is hosting the application for the Penn State President’s Postdoctoral Fellowship Programs. Those applying to the Penn State Postdoctoral Fellowship Program will receive a confirmation message from a University of California email address; this message only serves as confirmation that the application system received the application, not that the application was submitted to the University of California program.

If you are only applying to Penn State and receive a University of California-specific prompt, please disregard those University of California-specific prompts.

The application window runs from about September 1 to December 1 each year.
